Shipping policy
We’re So Excited for You to Receive Your Order! We know you want your new aesthetic glassware ASAP. We work hard to get your order processed, packed, and in the post as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Time (Getting It Ready) Before the shipping carrier takes over, we need 1–3 business days to pick your items, do a final quality check (to make sure nothing is broken!), and pack them securely.

As soon as the label is created, you’ll get a tracking email.
2. Estimated Shipping Times Once your order leaves our warehouse, here is how long it typically takes to arrive at your doorstep. We ship directly from our global partners to bring you the freshest styles.

🇦🇺 Australia (Priority): 5 – 12 Business Days

🇺🇸 USA: 6 – 12 Business Days

🌍 Rest of the World: 8 – 15 Business Days
Note: These are estimates for "Business Days" (Mon-Fri). While most packages arrive quickly, please allow a little extra time during busy holidays.
3. Tracking Your Goodies Yes, you can track it!

Step 1: You receive a shipping confirmation email.

Step 2: Click the link! (Note: It sometimes takes 2–4 days for the carrier to update the location status online. If it looks "stuck" at first, don't worry - it's moving!)
4. Why multiple packages? (Split Shipments) Ordered a mug and a jar? To get them to you faster, we might send them in separate boxes. This means you get to open two presents instead of one! You’ll get tracking numbers for both.
5. Duties & Taxes

Australia: Orders under $1,000 AUD generally have no duties.

International: We do our best to avoid fees, but any local customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Something Wrong?

Broken? Oh no! Please email us a photo/video within 3 days of delivery so we can send a free replacement.

Lost? If tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, check around your property or with neighbors. If it's still missing, email us at candcau4@gmail.com and we'll help you track it down.
